By accessing or using TLV Dispatch (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

TLV Dispatch is a fleet dispatch management platform connecting service operators (fleet admins) with field service drivers. The platform facilitates order creation, driver assignment, GPS tracking, and service status management.

• Fleet administrator accounts are provisioned only by TLV Dispatch operators
• Driver accounts are created by fleet administrators and are non-transferable
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create fraudulent or fake dispatch orders
• Attempt to access data belonging to other fleet operators or customers
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or automate requests to the Service
• Use the Service to harass, stalk, or track individuals without consent
• Circumvent authentication or rate limiting mechanisms

Drivers who activate duty mode consent to real-time GPS location transmission. Fleet administrators are responsible for ensuring drivers are informed of and consent to location tracking as required by applicable law in their jurisdiction.

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for dispatch failures, delayed notifications, or connectivity issues beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TLV Dispatch and Aurbit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to dispatch errors, GPS inaccuracies, or missed service windows.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
