When you request a dispatch service, we collect:

• Name and contact phone number
• Service address and GPS coordinates
• Email address (optional — only if you request a tracking link)
• Service type and order status history

For drivers registered on the platform we additionally collect:

• Real-time GPS location while on duty (transmitted every 8 seconds)
• Device push notification token (used only for order notifications)
• Work session timestamps and service completion records

• Matching your service request to the nearest available driver
• Sending you a real-time tracking link for your service
• Calculating driver performance and service quality
• Complying with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Drivers are informed before activating the duty toggle that their location will be transmitted in real-time and stored in our dispatch database during the active shift. Location data is used exclusively for order assignment and customer tracking. It is not retained after the shift is closed.

• Order records: retained for 12 months for operational and billing purposes
• Driver GPS logs: overwritten on each position update — we do not store location history
• Push tokens: stored only while the driver account is active; deleted on account removal
• Email addresses: retained for the duration of the order + 30 days

We use the following third-party processors:

• Supabase — database and authentication (US-based)
• Vercel — application hosting (US-based)
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Expo — push notification delivery to mobile devices
• Nominatim / OpenStreetMap — address geocoding (no personal data sent)

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the email below. We will respond within 30 days.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Access to customer data requires authentication and is restricted to authorized fleet operators. Row-level security policies enforce data isolation at the database level.
